The goal  of the Conference is to establish a direct dialogue, strengthen cooperation and communication between women leaders from different political parties and different ethnic communities, to discuss how to increase the role of women in the political process of exceeding the political crisis, to create an environment in steady progress in inter-ethnic relations and significance of accelerating the process of European integration of Macedonia and the Western Balkan countries, in order to achieve additional progress in the coming period while increasing their role to create conditions that are essential for an inclusive peace and security.
