Prishtina, July 8, 2021. RWLSEE Chair Edita Tahiri met with Asa Regner UN Assistant Secretary-General and UN Women Deputy Executive Director today in Prishtina, Kosovo. In a fruitful meeting they both talked about issues of peace and stability and necessity to speed up women’s empowerment and WPS agenda in Kosovo and the region. The remarkable role and vision of the RWLSEE was also discussed and the UN Women’s support and partnership was re-endorsed.
